We offer a full 14 day money back guarantee if you are not satisfied with your purchase*. This 14 day guarantee starts from the day that you receive your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order you must inform us within 14 days of receiving your purchase via email info@sacco-online.com. If you inform us after this period then unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Once we have acknowledged your return request, you then have a further 14 days to ensure it arrives at our UK returns warehouse. If your return isn't received within 14 days of your original return request date, then unfortunately can't offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If, when we receive the return, we deem that you have damaged the goods or they are not in a saleable condition, then the return will be denied and the items returned to you. Please note that you are responsible for all shipping costs.

 

We will happily exchange your order to make sure you get the best size and fit for you*.

If you need to exchange your purchase for different sizes or for a different product altogether, send us an email at info@sacco-online.com with your order number and what you'd like to exchange.

You will need to send us your exchange items in it's original packaging and condition. Please be sure to include a note of your order number, return address and what alterations you require so that we can speedily identify the return as yours. Failure to do this will result in a delay with your exchange being processed.

Once we receive and process your return, the new items will be prepared and shipped directly to you from our UK warehouse, tracking details will be provided if applicable. 

 

You may return your purchase without question for a full refund within 14 days of receiving the item if:

• You ordered the incorrect size
• You are not satisfied with the quality of the item
• You feel the item is not as described

Please inform us via email at info@sacco-online.com with your order number and reason for refund. You will then receive instructions on where to send your item.

Once your return is received and approved we will process your return and issue a full refund within 14 working days.

If your order has already been shipped, then unfortunately we cannot cancel the order. You will need to raise a returns request with our team (follow instructions above).
